Convert an approved request to a project.

After the Client approves a Proposal, Admin creates the production Agency Project from Request Inbox. One conversion only.

  1. 01Open Admin HQ → Request Inbox and select a request with status Approved.
  2. 02Confirm an approved Proposal exists on the request.
  3. 03Click Convert To Project.
  4. 04Status becomes Project Created. The Agency Project starts at Awaiting Assets.
  5. 05Open the project from Admin HQ, assign Editors via Tasks, and continue the existing production workflow.
